User Responsibilities
You agree to use Neylyzer in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Infringing on any third party’s rights.
Posting or transmitting any material that is harmful, abusive, threatening, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.

Termination
Neylyzer reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Neylyzer platform are the property of Neylyzer or its licensors. You may not use any of these materials without the prior written permission of Neylyzer.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Neylyzer, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neylyzer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

The knowledge of the LLMs is limited to this data, and their responses are generated based on this specific training dataset. Users should independently verify the information before making any decisions based on LLM-generated responses.
